Coaching and Development for Leaders and Teams

Support for leaders, teams and ongoing growth

 Coaching and development at Anthiva is about helping people think clearly, build capability and respond well to real challenges as they arise.

The work supports leaders and teams through reflection, conversation and practical application. It is grounded in real situations rather than abstract models or fixed programs.


What this work supports


Coaching and development supports individuals and teams to:


  • Strengthen leadership capability and confidence
     
  • Navigate complexity, change and competing demands
     
  • Improve decision making and communication
     
  • Build awareness of behaviour and impact
     
  • Develop leadership practice over time
     

The focus is on learning that is applied, relevant and sustainable.


Individual coaching


Individual coaching supports leaders at different points in their leadership journey, including:


  • Executive and senior leaders
     
  • Leaders navigating change or increased responsibility
     
  • Emerging leaders building confidence and clarity
     

Coaching conversations focus on live challenges, relationships and decisions. Coaching may be offered as single sessions or as a structured series over time.


Extended DISC or other insight tools may be integrated where they add value.


Team development


Team development supports groups of leaders or cohorts to learn and grow together over time.

This work may include:


  • Cohort based leadership development programs
     
  • Team coaching and facilitated learning
     
  • Reflective practice supported by insight tools
     
  • Bespoke Leadership programs delivered over 6 to 12 months
     

Programs are shaped around the people involved, the organisational context and what the group is working through. The emphasis is on shared learning, reflection and application rather than content delivery.


Extended DISC is often used as a shared reference point to support understanding, communication and development.
